Bike was locked to a bike rack at 7:30 AM with a U-Lock and Cable. The U-Lock was locked to the front wheel and the post and the Cable was locked the frame and the back wheel. The thief cut the Cable and stole the frame and the back wheel. The theft was discovered at 8 PM.
