stolen 2024 Giant Hardtail Medium

I locked my bike in front of Kinsmen Sport Center at 1:45pm August 17th. When I came back at 4:30pm, my bike along with the lock was no longer there. I entered the Sport Center as I see that they had a camera near the door. The front desk lady said the police will need to come to look at the footage (non emergency line was called and police report was filed). She also said there was a man wearing a red shirt that lives in an encampment east of the building had 3 bikes with him. Another worker and I walked over there and could spot him with a different bike. We spotted the encampment with someone else next to other bikes, but could not make out what the bikes look like.
