My bike was locked to the bike rack with two locks, one a heavy duty chain lock and one a folding lock. Both went around the wheel, frame, and rack. The chain lock was cut and left at the scene, the folding lock went missing with my bike. It went missing between 08/06/2025 and 08/11/2025
