Bike was locked to bike rack in front of Geppetto Cafe on Liberty Aevnue in Bloomfield and then I was inside for only 25 minutes in the middle of the afternoon. It was locked with a cable lock so someone either cut it or the lock was not properly engaged and they just pulled it out.
