Bike was locked in front of Geppetto Cafe in Bloomfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the afternoon. Owner was only inside for 25 minutes. Bike and lock were both gone when owner returned. Either lock cut or lock was not properly engaged. Bike has Schwalbe Marathon Supreme tires (with reflective line on them). No distinctive stickers besides warning label sticker on top that was never removed. The bike has large scuff marks on right-side suspension from a previous crash.
