It had a black rear mount rack over the back tire and a quick release mount on the center of the handlebar for placing a basket (basket was not on bike at time of theft). It is a blue Trek road bike, the model is 400 Road. The picture is from google images but the bike pictured looks almost exactly the same as mine except the rear mount is black and their is no tan color on the tires.

The theft happened on july 30/31st around 9:00pm-12:30am in front of the Ongford apartments on SW 10th avenue, downtown Portland.
