stolen 1999 Pacific Cycle Yx240

THE ENTIRE THEFT WAS RECORDED ON SECURITY CAMERAS. Two thieves were found one african-american male and the other was a caucausian male. The caucausian male has stolen a bike from this apartment complex before and was also caught on camera with police report with the bike to never be found again. This time he was an accomplice to help steal the bike. At approximately 1:00AM the 2 came into the apartment complex to try to steal other things. The african-american tried opening the shed but it was locked. They were about to leave until they saw the bike inside the porch. The porch was unlocked and they moved the chairs that kept the bike tucked away. They got the bike and as they were getting away, the caucausian attempted to open my truck but failed as it was locked. The african american put the bike nearby the fence to come back later and get it. At 1:09 the 2 walked away to their getaway car. At approximately 1:14am the getaway car came dropped off one of the males and the bike was then taken.
