Tim Kuenster called 311 to report his (P1) bicycle was stolen. Kuenster told me on 5/1/2014 at approximately 5:00 PM, he locked the bicycle to a bike rack, located at The Embarcadero South and Mission St, and left it unattended. When Kuenster returned to the bicycle on 5/1/14 at 6:30 PM, he found the bicycle was stolen by an (S) unknown suspect.
