Cable was cut by what appears to be bolt cutters. Cut cable and lock were left at crime scene
Additional parts
- The Bike had a rear spring rack and a Selle Royal gel seat.
- Rear Lights
- There were two Bontraeger, rear lights adapted to the rack with split dowling, and locked-tited in place. Also I had a brand new Selle Royal seat.
