11PM August 7th: Lock bike to bike rack outside of Tara apartments. Locked with u
lock (Sig tuna) and chain (BigLufu). No sign of any new cars/vans/strange people
hanging around. 11AM August 8th: Come outside to bike rack uninstalled, screws left
where they were unscrewed. Rack taken into sidewalk of 8th avenue and
abandoned. Could find no other evidence.
