stolen Unbranded 14" 560W Electric City Bike

14-inch electric bike with a 560W motor, throttle and pedal-assist system. Black aluminum frame, purchased via eBay. No visible serial number on the frame. Equipped with rear seat， headlight, and a horn. Used for daily commuting in Baltimore. Most of the plastic ties protecting the foam wrap of the brake cables were accidentally cut. The foam wrap was taped in two places - once on the front stem and once on the top tube between the seat and front.
