stolen 2020 Canyon bicycles Aeroad CF SLX Disc 9.0 ETAP

i rented a villa at 4 Chemin de Bel air, Malaucène, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur 84340, France We arrived on Friday 18th July The property has high perimeter walls and a large metal side gate and double gates, all lockable The garden around the side is out of sight and has a covered seating area. We had been storing our bikes under the seating area and on Sunday night in the rain it got stolen, The strange thing was I had 2 pairs of gobik bib shorts and a wahoo t shirt and 2x vests hanging from the bike drying, These were also missing. The bike is a Black Canyon Aeroad CF SLX Disc 9.0 ETAP Serial Number: R05001H20C0026 It has lun hyper 45 wheels with Pirelli 28mm tyres The bike also has a sticker on the side with my name by the seat post. Nothing else was stolen and the other bikes were left. I tried calling the police as the owner of the villa provided this to me and as the policeman didn’t speak English and myself unable to speak French I was stuck, Tuesday was the TDF and the police station was closed, The owner of the villa has helped me by asking a family member to bring me here and translate. I’m understanding that I will never see the bike again but possibly it may have been dumped and found? I have insurance hopefully when I get home but I require an incident number of notifications from the police I have reported the theft, I have notified local bike stores where we are staying and I have luckily hired a bike to get me around.
