My electric bike was stolen on July 11th, 2025, between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM at 4242 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97266. It was briefly left unattended and not locked. I saw the thief ride past me while I was picking up food near the drive-thru window. He was wearing black clothing and had a black backpack.
