Bicycle (locked to rack with U lock) discovered missing at 9 am from bike rack in front of condo. U lock was cut, but blade of cutter appears to have broken. Estimated time of theft: ~5am. I heard a loud noise that sounded like a drill but I thought it must be the neighbors doing something so I didn't look outside.
