Bike parked and locked by Safeway at Westmount Shopping Center. When my father returned to his bike after approximately 1 hour, it was gone. Safeway has camera that shows two individuals approaching bike area, one with knapsack. One individual is shown to leave on his own towards 111 ave. Camera does not capture 2nd individual and stolen bike so likely he headed north.
