I bought her last year when we relocated back to Denver. She's a singlespeed with a gates belt drive. Her ride is smooth and fun! The day she was stolen, we were headed to the Denver Pride Parade. I got a rear flat which was my second time and it was less than ideal changing it out. I locked her to a street sign with a heavy duty kryptonite chain lock so I could come back with the car and take her home to change it, but as it turns out, you can unbolt city street signs from the base. I had no idea. By the time I got back, she was gone and the sign was laying on the ground.

Description of incident
I locked my bike with a heavy duty kryptonite bike chain to a city street sign. Turns out they are just bolted to a base that's anchored to the ground. The thief unbolted the sign and took the bike and lock.
