Bike was locked up at 1:41pm on bike rack outside of Lincoln Park Athletic Club, video captures individual using an angle grinder to cut the lock at 1:44pm. Individual takes off west on Diversey, and then turns North onto Racine. AirTag is found and removed one block up Racine.
