I locked up at bike racks around 9pm with a Kryptonite metal chain on 27th June - the Front tire was flat. The bike rack was located next to UCSB south hall, at the bike racks behind the arbor (in between the UCSB library and bus loop). Then, around 10.30am on 28th June , I found the lock left at the scene & the Metal chain was cut in half , and my bike missing.
