Following a New Orleans charity bike ride, flooding rain made it impossible to continue to ride home. The bike was locked, along with others to a large metal structure using a U lock that I'm sure is still attached to the frame. Returned early the next morning to find this bike and part of our other bike missing. All help is appreciated.
