Description of incident
The scooter was taken from a bike rack on the overpass over pacific street on Friday June 13th between 11 am and 5 pm. The bike was locked with a u lock which was cut with a grinder. The scooter was also locked with a built in locking function that prevents the wheels from moving unless a code is entered.
