stolen Specialized Rockhopper

I ran an errand and on my way to my car I saw an unusual person in my apartment parking lot - clearly disheveled 50ish year old white man, no shirt, in a beat up minivan with a plastic bag covering his back window. I ran my errand and when I got back home, my bike had been stolen off my porch. I asked a neighbor for their security camera footage and they caught him walking up to my apartment with a bag of stuff to break my lock. Suspect was wearing no shirt, bright orange leggings, a grey hat, black shoes and socks, and shiny blue sunglasses. I have the video of the suspect.
