stolen Orbea Occam

There was a group of individuals following me and I believe they intended to rob me. In an effort to evade and not lose my stuff, I hid the bike and a red wagon it was towing in this driveway in front of a grey car. I came back an hour later and the homeowner said he has my property but refused to return it. He claimed I looked too poor and colored to own a bike like that. I told him a could show him my correspondence with seller, but my phone was dead. I also didn't need to do that considering I clearly left my stuff there and me being a certain ethnicity or socioeconomic level shouldn't have anything to do with me getting my property back. I left and went home as I had just recovered my stolen dog and he was exhausted. I don't know what to do now.
