Volcon Brat model E-bike, has a gas tank looking component which is for storage and that is light blue. The frame is all black, part of the frame covers the chain and says VOLCON on it in white lettering. Has a white lightning bolt design on the right hand side of the storage compartment. Seat and inner part of the tires are light brown. Tires are 20 in. Has a big round headlight in the front. Can go up to 32 mph. Would definitely be able to keep up with cars if the speed limit is 25-30 mph.

This lock only has one chain link that is exposed, that link was cut, left at the scene broken, but the rest of the lock was taken along with the bike. It is a kryptonite evolution chain lock.
