Description of incident
The e-scooter is a Segway Ninebot that displays in kilometers, has a grocery clip, and a “baby bike” brand handle on the neck as in the image. It was locked outside of Segundo Dining Hall. I was in the dining hall from 5:30-6:40pm, the scooter was stolen during this time.
