I walked in to check out MQR Cafe a new restaurant in a strip mall by my house and the bike was parked outside the window. I wasn't planning to stay but did and sat by the window. I walked to the counter to get a to go box and it was stolen. 2pm on a sunny Tuesday. I have camera footage of the the theft.
