Was parked at 19th St and Arizona Ave, Mar 19th around 12.15 pm to visit Tartine. Bike was on the back of car on a carrier with another cheaper bike. The bike-in-question was chained with a heavy duty chain to the bike rack. I was gone about 15 mins. Came back to find the Time bike missing along with chain. The cheaper bike was left untouched.
