A couple came into parking lot around 7:15 at Liliuokalani Ave in Waikiki. The guy cut the cable lock and the female with red hair was on the lookout. They were on cameras. It is a PRONTO moped. They pushed the moped out of compound and disappeared. If anyone has seen this couple please text me at 504-515-4438.Super Mahalo!!!🙏🙏🙏
