Between 5am and 7am on saturday march 8th, bike and combination cable lock was removed from the bike rack on the northeastern corner of johnson and 20th ave, in portland oregon. Security camera on western facing wall of the southwestern corner of the apartment building 1969 nw johnson, would have captured the theft.
