Distinguishing features
Bright green plastic pedals. Set up in single-speed, but flipping the rear wheel makes it a fixie. It has brand new Schwalbe Marathon 28mm tires. When stolen, it had a under the saddle tool bag. On the top tube, just in front of the seat post is some wear.

Man in black hoodie and black pants walked north along the west side of the building, cut the lock, and took the bike back south from where he came.
