Description of incident
On Thursday Dec 19th, 2024 I locked my bike in the UW Tower bike rack around 10:15AM, located just north of the lobby. After work, I returned around 5PM that day to get my bike and found it was gone. The guards at the front desk of the lobby said they saw a white woman leave with my bicycle around 2PM. Description of the woman: female aged 25-35 with brown hair, and medium/heavy build, wearing a red burgundy hoodie sweatshirt with "White Fox" written on the back in pink/orange letters, and wearing blue jeans ripped at the knees, and white tennis shoes.
