Description of incident
Parked and locked in front of Sports Basement Main Doors in Walnut Creek. Lock was cut into by bolt cutter and left on the scene. Footage of theft caught by SB camera. Perp was also seen entering Sports Basement and his pictures as provided by police are included with the bike photos.
