My dad's bike, he purchased in new in 1988. Currently used by my 16 year old son as his primary source of transportation. The bike currently has green tires and metal collapsible paniers. There is a new Orleans bike license on the frame.

Description of incident
The bike was locked to the metal porch railing. The thief wore a helmet, white male. Gold helmet, yellow hoodie, jeans, and sneakers. He tried to access my back yard. He cut the lock and rode off. A small white SUV pulled up just prior to the theft. I have videos and photos of the suspect.
