It happened in the very short span of time in which there wasn’t a lock on it and I hadn’t moved it inside yet. He must have watched me, my friend, and my dog for a while because he came onto our property as soon as we went inside and I barely caught him leaving with it. There was no battery on the bike at the time. Age 20’s-30’s, Caucasian or Hispanic male with dark hair. Hair: Black hat, red/white graphics, Top: Grey tie-dye, Bottom: Khaki cargo shorts, Shoes: Black Vans high tops, Other: Black facial hair
