I got to Walmart at 9:45 -9:50 Locked my bike up at the bike rack and I went in grabbed canned stuff to make chili an some chili powder & candy then I Paid and went out at about 10:02 or so and it was gone... I immediately called the police line to report it then I reported it on bike index...
