stolen 2023 Okai ES30

2 wheeled with hard tires, no inner tubing. Break handle and bell on left side of handle bar. Silver/Grey is secondary color. When locked up, can be found with white helmet covered in UCD, mental health, and cat stickers. Lock is heavy-duty otto lock. On the neck near the front wheel, there is black duct tape to secure the lock that holds the scooter upright. On the back wheel bumper, there is a sticker that has it as UCD Registered.
