stolen Yuba Boda Boda

Parked bike at the racks at the San Rafael Transit Center on Platform D (next to Kosmos Cafe) at about 4:00pm on Friday night, March 7th. Returned on Sunday, March 9th, and the bike and lock were not at the rack. Transit Center security said it was stolen, and that there are security cameras in that area. The bike was locked with a black combination lock. I took out the key to the electric battery, so the electric power does not work. The bike is lime green and has black panniers, as well as two silver boxes in the middle of the frame and a front wheel electric motor. A white helmet was on the handlebars. The panniers contained: a gray helmet, black gloves, a spare tube, a wrench, a multi-tool, a hand pump, and several bungee cords.
