It's very corroded or rusted. There may be some goo left on the brake levers.Stolen from the bike shack's (www.bikeshack.org) now demolished old shack right before moving day with many of our tools and the padlocks.Reward is not in USD, but if legitimately identified, ***we just want our tools back***, so they can have wrenching help from us and the bike or other bike parts from the shack.
