stolen 2008 Fuji Track

my wife and i had both of our bikes locked up to the rack, we came back from getting tacos and saw only her bike locked up with someone elses lock, my bike was gone, about the time we realized they were probably coming back for her bike i see the guy drive up on my bike and i began to chase him down the street, finally he was just too fast and i gave up, called the police and filed a report. picture was taken right before the theif showed up for the second time and I chased him. so this is not the stolen bike, this is the empty spot where my bike was Fuji Elios 2 custom butted Cro-Moly with outer butted seat tube, Double water bottle mounts.
