Distinguishing features
Unique characteristics of this bike would be that it does not have stock pedals but rather clunky black rubber pedals that looks out of place, a small mount for a front fender (no fender attached currently), Non-stock, black handle bar tape, only a small amount of the graphics that indicate it as a Schwinn Varsity still remain in tact (just bits of white, no readable decals), handle bars a bent a small amount, no reflectors at all (unless the pedals have some, I don't remember), and the derailleur and brake cables are not particularly tight and therefore the brakes would be able to be depressed further if they weren't stopped by the handle bars and it usually takes a little while for a gear change to take effect.
