Description of incident
My e-bike was locked to the rack within the stairwell of my apartment building at approx. 6:00pm last night. At 8:00am this morning the bike and chain lock were both missing. A single chain link was left behind, it appears it was cut. A soft folding bike basket, dark greenish and tan, was on its rear rack. Inside was a black drawstring Nike backpack.
