I shipped my bicycle via Bike Flights. The bike was physically scanned at their facility on 4/2/25 and subsequently went missing. UPS indicates it was damaged, that all merchandise is missing and the empty box was discarded. I have filed a claim with Bike Flights and 2 police reports have been opened, one in the ship from precinct and one in the delivery precinct.
