This is a vintage bike. The frame is really small, it's a men's frame built for a very short person. The back tire has two white stripes and the gears are on the frame itself. As "Louis Garneau" is a Canadian brand, I'm hoping I might actually have a chance at finding this. Please let me know if you see anything at all!Much appreciated.
