stolen 2009 Cannondale Rize 4

My bike was listed on Criag's List within 24 hours of being stolen, Seattle PD didn't even take the posting ID, said all they could do was email the thief to stop.Purchased from REI #11 in 2010, have full documentation.Stolen from HJARTA Ballard, a secure parking facility.
