stolen Terry Symmetry

It's a Terry, model is Symmetry, serial # IN3L00034. It is a medium bright blue with a black seat; the front wheel is at least 2 inches shorter than the back wheel (I think 24" and 26") although a woman's bike it has a straight bar from the seat to handlebars. There is a locked chain coiled below the seat, and there are two water bottle holders mounted to the bike with one aluminum bottle.
