stolen Raleigh Venture 4.0

Bicycle was last seen locked with a coiled 8mm cable to a sturdy bike rack on afternoon of 26 July 2012. Discovered missing two days later. Bicycle has black fenders on both tires. Rear fender has red and white reflective tape, front fender has yellow and white reflective tape. Topeak rack installed to rear axle. Handlebars fitted with cork grips, twin headlights, bell, and computer. Tires are "flak jacket" slicks.
