I locked up my bike at around 8pm (on August 22nd) with a half-inch thick steel cable lock, which was found cut at around 12:30pm the next day outside of the Manzanita-Mohave dorm on the University of Arizona campus. The bike is (was?) gloss black with large white lettering and a white stripe across the top tube. It has Ergon GP1 contoured grips (black/grey color), Tektro Novela mechanical disc brakes (black) with 6 inch rotors, SRAM X-4 trigger shifters with a SRAM 8 speed rear derailleur and Shimano TX50 front (both silver). Has SR Suntour XCT 100mm suspension fork, 29" wheels with WTB Wolverine offroad tires, and black Weinmann 32 spoke rims on the stock DB hubs. It was also Pitlocked - both wheel skewers, both disc brakes, and the headset (no easy way to remove them so now I'd assume some grinder damage as well...).It's an XL aluminum frame (22 inch seat tube, 25.5 inch top tube, standover height of 32.75 inches) and a 29er so it would be very hard to miss when it rides by.
