Description of incident
My neighbor said he saw someone going through a neighbors vehicle a couple of doors down stealing items this morning around 5:30am. My neighbor went outside and the guy ran next door to my house, went behind my house and grabbed my bike and took off riding down the street really fast. He was wearing a hoodie with the hood up and a backpack. He also had a blue Walmart cloth shopping bag that he was putting the stolen items in.
