The bike was locked on the bike rack at the new Costco business center west Edmonton right off stony plain road and Anthony henday. Between the hours of 6:15 and 11:15 a man approached the bike several times attempting to take the bike and on the last time he brought tools with him to smash the lock and then cut through it. It is on camera and has been reported to police and bike index. This is a brand new bike purchased 3 weeks ago.
