Description of incident
My apartment building's bike rack was detached from the ground and my Rad Mission e-bike was stolen with the chain and padlock still attached. A rear-wheel lock was engaged, so that was either cut or the bike was carried away. The battery was locked to the frame, such that it could not be powered on without the key.
