This is the second bike i've had stolen from this exact location. I believe a professional bike theft ring is working this location in front of the Westfield Mall in the San Francisco financial district near union square. I've sent the mall an email to see if they might be willing to investigate if they have video surveillance that covers these bike locks in front of their mall.
